PLATE LOCK

Vertical Bar LOCK PLATE for many Coats Rim Clamp Tire Changers.

This is the new style plate with a 1/2" "front" threaded hole. Some older machines may have a Lock Plate with a 3/8" "front" threaded hole. If you are replacing one of these older Lock Plates, use a 1/2"-13 by 2" bolt, grade 5 or harder (without a shoulder), and a 1/2" jam nut to replace the original 3/8" Shoulder Bolt.
