Counteract's Commercial Wheel Cleaning Kit is designed to quickly and effectively clean rust, and corrosion from the surface of wheel studs, wheel hubs, and wheel nuts. The stud cleaning tool has the ability to clean over 10 studs in under 3minutes. This kit comes with a Wheel Nut Cleaning Track to securely hold nuts in place while cleaning with the various wire brushes included in this kit. The 22mm tool is designed for use on commercial truck and bus applications that use a standard 22mm wheel stud. The 28mm tool is designed for use on commercial truck and bus applications that use a standard 28mm wheel stud. The kit comes with two 22mm brush insert, but is able to hold replacement brush sizes 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, and 28mm. The brush inserts are held in place by 3 adjustable set screws. Each brush is capable of cleaning well over 100 wheel studs, depending on their condition. Each tool comes with a detachable 1/2" drive adapter for use with Counteract's Low Speed Air Driver. We do not recommend the use of impact guns and the Stud Tool does not require that force. Simply allow the brush to do the work. Forward onto stud, reverse off.
